GuidedD is a pay-per-session platform. There are no subscriptions, no membership fees, and no long-term commitments. You are only charged when a session is booked and confirmed through the GuidedD platform.
GuidedD offers two session formats:
Both session types are conducted via video call. You will receive a secure link once your session is confirmed.
Pricing is structured by mentor tier and reflects each mentor’s experience, background, and specialization. GuidedD sets pricing ranges to keep the platform consistent and easy to navigate.
All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change. Your confirmed session price will always be shown before you complete a booking.
Payment is collected through GuidedD once your session is booked and confirmed. You are not charged for browsing mentor profiles or submitting a session request. All payments must go through the platform — GuidedD does not support or protect transactions made outside of it.
If a session request is declined by the mentor or cannot be confirmed, you will not be charged. If a temporary authorization appears on your account, it will be released by your payment provider.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
To cancel a session, contact us at support@guidedd.com as soon as possible.
If a completed session did not meet expectations — whether the fit felt off, the session was cut short, or something else felt wrong — please reach out to us within 48 hours at support@guidedd.com. We review all concerns individually and, where appropriate, may issue a refund, partial refund, or session credit.
Refunds are not issued simply because a session did not lead to a specific outcome. GuidedD does not guarantee career results, job placements, or any particular outcome from a session.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. GuidedD does not store full payment card details. By completing a booking, you agree to the payment provider's terms of service.
A payment processing fee may apply to refunds. This fee is set by the payment processor and is outside GuidedD's control.
All session payments must be made through GuidedD. Off-platform payments are not permitted and violate our Terms of Use. Any session that begins through GuidedD must remain a GuidedD transaction — mentors may not accept payment from mentees outside the platform for any connection that originated here.
If a mentor ever asks you to pay outside GuidedD, please report it to support@guidedd.com. Mentors who solicit or accept off-platform payment may be removed from the platform immediately.
GuidedD may update session pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect sessions that have already been booked and confirmed.
